During his 3.5yrs in school, he worked as a tutor, wholesaled cars from the local auctions, and interned for Cabot Wealth Management. He graduated in the top 5% of his class with a combined GPA of 3.83

As Parker entered adulthood, he delved into property management, where he gained valuable insights into maintaining and overseeing various properties. This phase allowed him to cultivate meaningful relationships with property owners and tenants, while also sharpening his organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Eager to broaden his horizons, Parker ventured into sales at the age of 28. Equipped with an in-depth understanding of properties and market dynamics, he thrived in the fast-paced nature of the industry, helping investors and home owners alike. Understanding the importance of breadth of service, Parker co-founded Dodd and Recine Management at the age of 30. Dodd and Recine Management is a construction, property management, and development company servicing inside the rt128 belt. They manage multi-unit rental buildings in which they provide white glove service to the landlords and tenants alike, with annual financial performance statements.

In tandem with his construction endeavors, Parker established the Boston Condo Gallery, a real estate group dedicated to serving the vibrant city of Boston.
